Podcast editing
Raw audio tracks, video if your show records it, and any notes on how you want the episode shaped. Email or Google Drive both work. You get back publish-ready files, tagged and formatted.
By the length of your raw footage. Audio edits run $100 per 30 minutes of footage and audio plus video adds a flat $150, so a 60-minute audio edit is $200 and the same edit with video is $350. Checkout covers footage up to 3 hours in 15-minute steps; anything longer is quoted individually.
Audio editing covers mixing and mastering, noise reduction and EQ, dynamic compression, ID3 tagging and broadcast-ready file delivery. Audio plus video adds the video cut with transitions, formatted for YouTube and social platforms.
About three days, standard. One editor handles your show from raw files to publish, so there is no queue behind a queue.
Two rounds on every episode edit, included in the price. You flag what you want changed, I make the changes, and we go once more if it still is not right. Anything past those two rounds gets quoted before I touch the file, so nothing lands on your invoice unannounced.
You land on a two-minute intake form for your show details and a link to your files, so have that link ready (Dropbox, Google Drive and WeTransfer all work). Stripe emails your receipt, and I start as soon as the files are in hand.
On a podcast edit, rush moves your order to the front of the queue and lands it within 2 business days instead of the standard three, for 50% on top of the order. On voiceover, rush delivers the read the next business day for the same 50%.
Weekly edits, show notes, clips, transcripts and distribution for $2,500 a month. Your episodes go out on schedule without you touching the files. It is month to month, so you can cancel any time and it takes effect at the end of the billing period.
WAV by default. MP3 or any other format on request. Files are delivered by email and Google Drive.
Voiceover
You can price it yourself in a minute. The read is $0.40 a word for the first 500 words and $0.25 a word after that, with a $75 minimum, and broadcast spots add licensing by run and market starting at $150. Tags and versions, a live directed session and rush delivery are optional. The booking modal shows the total before you pay.
Modifications addressing errors in my performance (mispronunciations and the like) carry no extra charge. Script alterations after the final recording incur additional fees depending on scope.

Audiobooks and restoration
Yes. I edit and master audiobooks to ACX and distributor spec, whether you narrated it yourself or want me to narrate the whole thing. A quality control pass is $50 per finished hour, editing tiers start at $100 an hour, and full narration is $500 per finished hour. See the audiobook tiers.
Yes. Hum, hiss, clipping, room echo and phone-quality audio all have a path back, and most of what people write off is salvageable. Send the file and I will tell you honestly what can be saved before you pay anything. See audio restoration.
