Here, we have a raw audiobook recording in need of mastering. Audible’s system for uploading audiobooks, known as ACX, has very specific requirements (which you can read about here.) Our engineers can easily manipulate audio to meet these requirements, so you can get your book published on the most popular audiobook marketplace in the world.
In this example we have audio from a client’s wedding ceremony. The videographer captured the moment, but the audio had numerous issues (microphone feedback, hiss, volume issues) that required resolution. Every project is different, so I need to know exactly what issues you’re facing with you’re audio.

In addition to the issues that you present to me, I will listen critically to your audio and look for additional ways to improve your content such as audio restoration, noise removal, dynamics processing, etc.

You’ll receive a short clip of mastered audio, created from your original content. That way, you can hear the results and know that the work we do will suit your needs. If you like the results and want to move forward, great. If not, no hard feelings. Not every audio file is 100% salvageable.

You’ll sign a proposal and pay the quoted fee for audio restoration services. Then, we will get to work on your audio, restoring it to the best possible condition we can. We will take into consideration your requirements and needs when doing the work, and complete the job swiftly.

You’ll receive the restored audio and have a chance to review it. This is your opportunity to give things a critical listen and request any revisions, if necessary. One round of revision is included in your order, and further revisions will be available for a fee.
