An episode credit equals one episode. So, if you have three episodes of your podcast in need of editing, you would purchase three episode credits. Nice and simple!

Pricing at every tier is based on a RAW audio length of 60 minutes per episode. If your episode is longer than 60 minutes of RAW audio, we add $15 per each additional 15 minutes.

Turnaround time on podcast edits depends on your chosen level of service.

Standard: 3 business days
Premium: 3 business days
Enhanced: 7 business days

For any custom orders, a detailed quote with an estimated turnaround time will be provided at the time of inquiry. Turnaround time varies with custom orders because it depends on the scope of work.

Rush orders can be requested when you order. “Rush order“ simply means that delivery will occur faster than the typical turnaround time advertised. However, there is no guarantee that we can accomodate this request. It depends on our production capacity, and how many productions we are currently assigned. If your production can’t be completed in the rush time frame you request, you will be credited the rush fee.

The rush fee is equal to the price of one episode credit. So, for example, if you order one standard episode credit priced at $50, the rush fee would be an additional $50.

One round of revision, up to 10% of the episode’s length, are included free of charge. Further revisions are charged at $2.50 per working minute, or $150 per working hour.
